We believe in community-driven strategies to improve health outcomes
4BCS is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization led by individuals who believe in the power of community-driven strategies to improve health. We collaborate with organizations and individuals who represent and support the diversity and self-determination of communities, including communities who have faced historical and ongoing injustice and inequitable outcomes.
For all people to have the opportunity for health they must have access to housing, food, health care, education, and economic stability. We offer our collective skills, experiences, and influence to assist communities, organizations, and government in identifying and addressing the root causes of health inequities. We use data to inform and improve outcomes, including community-informed, culturally specific data.
We support existing and emerging leadership and serve as a resource in achieving goals.
We bring decades of professional executive service and leadership experience in developing and implementing health strategies. We have worked closely together as state government leaders to implement policy solutions for complex issues across behavioral health, Medicaid, children’s health, public health, and beyond.
Together, we have firsthand experience applying principles of health equity, effectively centering community experience and delivering results in multiple statewide projects and programs.
